Provide IT helpdesk & support services to the Asia Pacific based Axcelis employee base & Axcelis partners.
Maintenance of the desktop computing environment including PC hardware, workstation operating systems, and other Microsoft compatible applications.
Installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network equipment.
Foundation level maintenance of a network environment including desktops, wiring, and network hardware.
Installation and preventive maintenance of network printers and projectors.
Coordination of telephone installations & maintenance issues.
Management and procurement of IT assets & consumables.
Document, record & troubleshoot all IT issues discovered or reported.
Deliver appropriate local Information Security Trainings & resolve any Information Security issues, in accordance with corporate policy.
Preparation of ISO27001 audit.
Forecasting IT expense budget.
Escalation of issues that cannot be resolved via defined local resources.
Assist Axcelis business members to define their IT project requests & working with corporate IT staff during project implementation.
Implement, follow and monitor Axcelis corporate IT policies, taking into account local regulation & compliance restrictions

Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, especially Windows 10.
Microsoft Server Operating Systems, especially Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Office 2016
Providing IT support remotely, by phone and desktop sharing applications, preferably in English
Familiarity with standard desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting is a required.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Ethernet networking and Cisco hardware such as Routers & Switches
Experience with network cabling, telecommunication medias, VMWare, Microsoft Skype for Business Server and Microsoft Hyper-V Management, Microsoft 365 platform is a plus.
