The Position: We're looking for Sales Associate. The pay is a base salary with commission on jobs sold. • We offer industry best commission rates. • We also give Sales Associates a CSR (in house customer service representative) to assist in management of jobs through manufacturing process. • The sales are of blend of existing account maintenance and seeking new accountants Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Preferably 1-year experience in sales. • Proficient in email communication and phone communication channels. Responsibilities: • Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team. • Maintain and grow existing accounts entrusted to sales representative. • Build Sales from cold calls. • Respond to customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner. • Build lasting relationships with customers by building personal and company value for them. • Consistently seek product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer Raff Printing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
