    Job Summary:

    The Graphic Designer/Marketing Associate I or II will report to the Marketing and Creative Director and will be a key part of our Creative Services Team, which is a tight-knit, collaborative group of nine design and marketing professionals. This person will utilize their creativity and organizational and communication skills to support all aspects of the firm's marketing efforts and work on a variety of graphic design projects for our clients, with the majority of the work focused on print materials. Work for this position will be fast-paced and require skilled task management to meet deadlines. We are hiring for multiple levels (I or II), commensurate with experience.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop designs for all corporate marketing channels, including website, email, social media, presentations, conferences, events, print advertising, and print materials
    • Assist with the development and execution of corporate marketing initiatives
    • Design print and digital products for clients while adhering to their brand guidelines
    • Create and use branded templates in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for internal and client use
    • Take complex marketing and communication initiatives and create design solutions from conception to delivery with minimal supervision
    • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with external printers and vendors
    • Collaborate with other designers on the team and give feedback on their design work
    • Assist with conference, webinar, and event planning
    • Collaborate with consultants to develop proposals in Microsoft Word to help the firm obtain new client work
    • Maintain and organize marketing files
    • Various market research activities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of full-time professional graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate environment
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Experience designing for a variety of print and digital mediums
    • Team player with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

    Additional Preferred Skills (Not Required):

    • Email marketing design
    • Social media design
    • Front-end design for websites and applications, preferably in Adobe XD
    • Animation design, preferably in Adobe After Effects
    • Video production and editing, preferably in Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Knowledge of professional services/consulting/engineering industry or municipal government

    • The salary range is $63k to $75k. Compensation depends on experience.
