    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Marketing Coordinator will help to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations to win work for the firm. They will work with project managers to compile proposal information while meeting the requirements laid out in the RFP. They will also assist with reviewing proposals for correct grammar, printing and shipping hard copies, tracking proposals, and searching for relevant RFPs. Work for this position is fast paced and deadline driven, requiring skilled task and time management.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop proposals using Word templates
    • Develop interview presentations using PowerPoint templates
    • Manage proposal tracking and setting up new proposals in CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint) and tracking spreadsheet
    • Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) search and distribution
    • Analyze RFP requirements and ensure that proposals meet requirements
    • Review and proofread proposals
    • Coordinate with our consulting team to help develop compelling proposals
    • Customize staff resumes, project experience descriptions, and firm capability summaries
    • Organizing and maintaining proposal materials, including keeping proposal files, project summaries, and resumes up to date
    • Ability to create and manage production schedules
    • Produce and ship hard copy proposal documents
    • Assist with other proposal and marketing tasks as required

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree or certificate in marketing, business, or related field
    • Proven attention to detail
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and PowerPoint, Excel a plus
    • Strong proofreading, editing, and reading comprehension skills
    • Ability to work with staff across several time zones
    • Ability to work within tight deadlines

    ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES:

    • Previous proposal development or consulting experience
    • Technical writing experience
    • Marketing experience
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
