    JOB SUMMARY: The successful HR Associate will possess a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience along with exceptional organizational and analytical skills and an eye for detail. Responsibilities range from payroll administration, HRIS administration and reporting, recruitment, on-boarding and orientation and other general HR responsibilities. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare and submit semi-monthly and special one-time multi-state payroll submissions in ADP Workforce Now.
    • Manage the Company's HRIS, including on/off-boarding, annual benefit renewals, employee updates, and other general HRIS responsibilities and improvement efforts.
    • Maintain the Human Resources Scorecard/Dashboard.
    • Manage the on-boarding and orientation process for new employees.
    • Assist with recruitment processes.
    • Other general HR activities include but are not limited to:
      • Yearly compensation statements
      • Manage the training platform
      • Maintain personnel records, EEO-1 reporting, job descriptions, etc.
      • Support various HR initiatives that build and cultivate Company culture
    • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
    • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality due to highly sensitive information
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Detail oriented with ability to execute and manage many priorities simultaneously

    PREFERENCES:

    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
    • Prior experience processing multi-state payroll
