    Railhead, Inc. has an immediate opening for a SIGINT EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTOR/TRAINER at Fort Polk, Louisiana on the G-37 Training Readiness and Exercise Support Services program supporting US Army INSCOM. INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Instructors shall conduct SIGINT Low Level Voice Operations (LLVI) training and shall integrate and train the equipment used for tactical SIGINT collection (PROPHET, DRT, PRD-13, etc.), exploitation, and precision geo-location, as required, including, but not limited to the following:

    • Precision geolocation using LLVI

    • Training on the SIGINT Terminal Guidance (STG) system

    • RF theory

    • Push-to-talk (PTT) communications

    • Analog vs. digital signals

    • Amplitude/frequency modulation systems

    • HF, VHF, UHF communications systems

    • Experience with automated tactical signals related network emulation and integration (i.e. STRATOMIST)

    • TTPs in Overseas Contingency Operations

    Trainers shall serve as Subject Matter Experts for SIGINT exercises and evaluate equipment, systems, and operators during the exercise. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive feedback on the effectiveness of equipment and the operational capability of the SIGINT analysts. The Contractor shall perform simple maintenance and updates on assigned equipment and shall serve as primary point of contact for ensuring the FOUNDRY updates are available and loaded.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of a 2-year degree and a minimum of 8 years as an Army MOS 35P or 35N or other service equivalent • Current TS/SCI clearance with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates to operate on NSAnet databases • Current Oversight training (VUport classes OVSC1000, 1100, and 1800), Intelligence Oversight Officer training, (VUport training TOOL1200 and OVSC 2201), Trusted Agent Training (Receive training and certification from a current Trusted Agent), and Unit Auditor Training (VUport training OVSC3101) • Experience with Army exercise scenario development utilizing the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Training (IEWTPT), Training Brain Operations Center (TBOC) simulator, the Digital SIGINT Training System (DSTS) exercise simulator.

    •Experience with tactical military intelligence collection and equipment operations at echelons corps and below.

    • Experience in conducting site surveys, site selection and employment of tactical collection equipment in support of a BCT.

    • Experience in conducting platform instruction and/or OJT instruction in intelligence collection related subjects.

    • Candidate must manage multiple tasks and suspenses, while remaining flexible within a rapidly evolving tactical environment.

    • Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and must be able to communicate on all levels both orally and in writing. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Recent experience in a deployed environment • Former experience instructing a military audience • Graduate of Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent
