    Position: Business Analyst

    Location: Erie, PA (Onsite from Day 1)

    Type: Contract

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Project Management: Follow the Tollgate process, document timelines and costs, support service shop activities.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams.

    • Agile Methodology: Manage documentation, communication, review user stories, conduct UAT with end users, and validate in production.

    • Meeting Coordination: Participate in program planning calls, requirement gathering with end users, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Keep key personnel updated.

    Essential Skills:

    • Proficient in Agile Processes

    • Expertise in Rally

    • Background in Rail, Transportation, Systems, or Hardware Devices
