The nature of our business, and the urgency of our services for those affected by disasters, require the flexibility to be able to work occasional after hours and weekends on a rotating basis.

There is a 90 day training period, and new employees who successfully complete this training period earn a $500.00 signing bonus!

Specific Responsibilities:

Be willing to learn and follow the industry standards for water damage restoration.

Come to work with a good attitude.

Take initative by assisting the crew leaders in setting setting or removing equipment, measuring rooms, learning to take moisture readings.

Learn to input moisture readings in notes into appropriate job program.

Excellence customer service by being understanding of customers' stress and situations and always respecting them and their property.

Job Requirements:

Must have valid Driver's License and be able to be insured to drive our vehicles.

Clean background check, Able to pass initial and random drug test.

Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business software is critical
