Contents Cleaner
Position Overview
A full-time cleaning person to work inside a cleaning facility to restore contents and personal property that were affected from smoke damage, water damage and mold. The candidate that we are seeking needs to be able to clean with detail and have quality work ethics. The tasks will also include wrapping, packaging and boxing of contents with care. The candidate will also need to clean furniture using the techniques, equipment and chemicals provided in the facility.
Job Responsibilities
Looking for hard working motivated individuals that have a consistent work history, track record and knowledge in the field of Fire & Smoke Restoration. Will train the ideal candidate
Candidates should have knowledge and experience in Smoke Damage and Contents Cleaning, Inventory and Packing out of personal property.
Experienced using Contents Tracker is a major plus but will train the right candidate.
Job Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience in the restoration or construction industry is preferred, but not required
Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record
Good verbal and written and communication skills
Good problem solving and customer service skills
Knowledge of disaster restoration industry is a plus
Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone
Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform
Read and follow product label usage instructions
