We are looking for hard working, self-motivated individuals who take pride in helping others through difficult situations. As a Restoration Crew Member, you are making a difference each day by helping restore damage to people's homes after disaster strikes. This position is right for you if you thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.Pay is $14-$20 per hour depending on experience. We will train candidates with the right attitude and work ethic to be certified for mold, fire, and water mitigation. Construction experience a plus. Rainbow International Restoration is a “growing” company here in Chattanooga and there is room for future advancement. Job Duties:• Water and smoke damage clean-up• Inspect, evaluate, and document personal belongings for pack out• Inventory, pack and move contents• Demolition• Technicians may be required to participate within an on-call rotation for emergency services• Enjoys developing and learning new skills• Extracts water and moisture from buildings using commercial equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers

Pay and Benefits:• Pay is based on experience and whether you have the FRST and OCT Certifications. Will offer paid training for qualified candidates. $14-$20 per hour.• Rainbow International Restoration offers medical and insurance after a 180 day probationary period.• Paid vacation after 6 Months.• Paid sick after 1 year. • Position is full time. Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m. Occasional weekends and overtime when necessary.• A typical week consists of 40-45 hours.
