Local company in search of experienced construction laborer. Individuals applying must have a vast knowledge of construction and many trades. Trades including but not limited to; carpentry, interior and exterior painting, flooring, finish carpentry, installation of baseboard, door casing, drywall, texture, gutter installation, carpet cleaning, and restoration. Pay rate will be determined based on experience level.

Qualifications for Construction Position:

Must have construction work experience

Exterior and/or interior painting experience

Able to prep surfaces such as: scraping loose paint, sanding, masking, caulking, and puttying

Self-starter

Work with a team

Work in a fast pace environment

Willing to travel to various job locations

Must have a professional appearance and great attitude

Dependable and responsible

Can take on additional responsibilities as you learn

Must be willing and able to follow instructions

Must be able to complete jobs in a timely manner

Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call, as needed

Some night and weekend work is required

Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance

Individuals applying MUST have all of the following

Clean D.M.V. Record

Valid drivers license as driving a company vehicle may be necessary

Dependable Transportation for day to day transit

Pass background with no felonies

Pass drug test

Have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
