    Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing all construction projects from beginning to end. Manager keeps track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractor and ensure all jobs are completed to standards required. The project Manager we are looking for will have extensive experience in all aspects of construction. Some knowledge in all types of trades required. The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask and problem solve in order to meet deadlines to keep projects on a very tight timeline. Job Responsibilities Include:Oversee construction projects from beginning to endManage supply and labor costs accordinglyDetermine the necessary equipment, materials and manpower neededKeep track of inventory, tools and equipmentEnsure supplies and equipment are ordered and picked up/delivered according to scheduleGive daily reports regarding job statusResolve any problems that may ariseTrain and mentor construction worker laborersCollaborate with subcontractors and key team members of the project teamEnsure all deadlines are metJob Requirements Include:Extensive previous work experienceExcellent knowledge of construction materials and equipmentHighly organizedPrevious experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skillsAbility to plan aheadConflict resolution and conflict management experienceExcellent time management abilityAbility to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties*Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skillsIf you feel you have all the Requirements and are looking for a full time position please reach out to us.
