Position Summary/Purpose

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene certifications are added.)

Communicate effectively with customers

Perform basic equipment maintenance

Perform basic vehicle maintenance

Inspect completed work

Complete technician’s daily log

Complete Work Orders

Complete appropriate restoration documentation

Follow Rainbow uniform policy

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles

Maintain inventory of related supplies

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Lead Technicians, Supervisors, or Managers

Job Requirements:

Restoration and cleaning experience helpful, but not required

Valid Driver's License

Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Computer literate, with working knowledge of business software and application

Excellent communication skills
