    Job Description

    We’re a 5-star professional moving company and are actively looking for experienced and self-motivated outside sales representatives! You MUST have excellent communication skills (including both written and verbal) and a strong attention to detail. IMMEDIATE start available upon completion of interview process and background check. POSITION DESCRIPTION Outside Sales Estimators are the face of our company. Engage with customers face to face, build quotes by qualifying customer's unique needs and close business while adhering to our guidelines. Creative thinker who can sell themselves to differentiate our services and exceed sales goals. Every sales representative will be provided with two weeks of PAID TRAINING to give you the product knowledge necessary about our service and industry as well as train you on our easy to use CRM and phone system. Recession Proof Industry This is a recession proof industry. The sales for our company are rising to where we don’t have enough representatives to cover the demand. We invest in our employees because we understand that you are the key to our success just as much as our organization is the key to yours. We are offering you a stable job with room for advancement within the company. THIS IS THE JOB YOU’RE LOOKING FOR!!! COMPENSATION: SALARY + COMMISSION We pay a base Salary + Commission. Specific pay structure is discussed during the in-person interview process. We also provide incentive bonuses and spiffs which all sales representatives qualify for. After 60 days, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in our Medical Benefit Plan. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • In the field (80% of work day)
    • In the office (20% of work day)
    • Travel locally to customers' homes. Part of daily duties will require driving to and from appointments multiple times a day.
    • This position will require getting in and out of a vehicle daily, climbing stairs, kneeling and standing for long periods of time
    • Survey the property and take down inventory to estimate moving costs
    • Recommend relevant value-added services
    • Educate customers on moving practices
    • Prepare all move-related paperwork on a daily basis
    • Gather customer feedback through regular follow-up calls REQUIREMENTS
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
