    Your role as a business coach is to help the business owner work on their business rather than in it. We are looking for a professional mentor who supports, educates and motivates business owners. Someone to provide recommendations for a company’s vision, growth and goals. Our business coaches provide motivation but also implement and prioritize strategies to help businesses grow.

    Your competitive drive ensures that you’re motivated by obstacles, not crushed by them. You find the solutions and resources to lead your clients to their “win” along with you.

    You’ve got the drive and discipline to do the work. You’re not expecting a clock-in-clock-out job.

    We are looking for a business coach to coach assigned small business owners. They will develop an action plan with each assigned small business to help grow the revenue and profit of their business using our growth accelerator model. You will provide recommendations for the company’s vision, growth and business goals. Provide motivation but also implement and prioritize strategies to help businesses grow by conducting regular meetings with each business owner via online group masterminds and one-to-one coaching. Our business coaches help the small business owner create a valuable and sellable company by fully maximizing all of their hard work.

     The Coach will work individually and as part of a team. 

    • Provide weekly individual, group, and/or team coaching for mid-to-upper-level leaders.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, and create and implement coaching strategies.
    • Participate in regular team meetings related to organizational strategy, team development, and professional development.
    • Conduct extensive individual and organizational assessments that include comprehensive summary reports.
    • Work with other Coaches to establish, track, and report metrics related to stakeholder goals and objectives.
    • Provide weekly oral and written reports.
    • Shadow and observe leaders in meetings and daily work as needed.
    • Getting deep satisfaction from seeing people move through fears and transform their lives through changing up their business structure and implementing cutting edge strategies.

    Skills needed:

    • Value Builder certified or willing to take classes and exam to become certified.
    • High Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills.
    • Can understand and analyze business financials.
    • Analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
    • Ability to influence, coach, and motivate high level executives/CEOs
    • Ability to drive revenue growth.
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to be proactive with strategic mindset.
    • Proficient with technology (MS Office, CRM, QuickBooks and Project Management software).
    • Willing to travel 25-50% to franchise locations and franchise events depending on current business needs & restrictions.
    • Experience and skill in the realm of coaching, ideally with a focus on small business.
    • Considerable knowledge of business and marketing strategy knowledge and also a willingness in learning our approach and systems in supporting members to their highest success.
    • As we are a virtual company, technological competency is an absolute must.
    • Professional, dependable, timely, organized, dedicated, and adaptable to a rapidly changing, growth-oriented company environment.
    • Ability to be flexible, be coachable yourself, and be open to feedback and adapting your approach to the way we teach and work with members.

    COMPENSATION 

    • This is a full-time negotiable salary + commission role with unlimited earning potential
    • FULL BENEFITS are available after one month
