Business Operations Internship Role Description & Objective (Remote, Unpaid) Role Description & Expectations: - Reports directly to the Executive Assistant and the CEO - Conducts market research and reports their findings to the Executive Assistant. This includes, but is not limited to: o Researching and scouring email and other databases for leads o Reporting leads in a clear and effective manner - Facilitates connections/relationships between Rainstar Managing Directors and potential clients. This includes, but is not limited to: o Strategic marketing research and marketing implementation o Email Marketing Campaigns o Social Media Marketing Campaigns - Will sit in on meetings/conference calls with Directors with clients and referral partners - Assists in appointment scheduling via email and LinkedIn Messaging - Assists in underwriting financial packages and learn "Lender Matching" - Periodically sits in on Lender/Borrower calls to learn the financing process - Interviews Rainstar Managing Directors regarding recently closed deals, and creates press releases for use on company/Managing Director social media accounts and websites - Aids in maintaining Rainstar corporate tools and databases.
