HR Internship Role Description & Objective (Remote, Unpaid) We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Director of Recruiting. The HR Intern's responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, recruiting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting with the Zoom Q&A Interviews, and assisting in the coordination of special events and projects for the team of Managing Directors here at Rainstar Capital Group. *This is a remote position, access to WiFi is required, no travel or in-person contact required Responsibilities Assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and forms Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks Prepare HR-related reports as needed Review and distribute company policies Assist with department special projects Other job duties as assigned Skill Sets An understanding of Human Resources Management principles. Exhibit competent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to comply with and enforce company policies & procedures. Ability to comply with and enforce Human Resources policies & procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proficient in planning and organization. Proficient with time management skills Interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
