    Are you interested in a versatile role with growing opportunities? We’re hiring a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the owner of the firm. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing emails and assignments, and making sure tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges. Raleigh Immigration Law Firm needs a Virtual Executive Assistant to support our Owner and Founder, Beckie Moriello. The EA will be Beckie’s right hand, and must have: • Extreme organizational ability.Extreme sense of responsibility.Ease in saying things that others don’t want to hear. Responsibilities: • Is Beckie’s shadow / right hand in All communication with staff. • Notes All assignments, both from and to Beckie. • Follows up with assignments, reminding staff and Beckie what was assigned. • This is not a management position. No action needs to be taken if a staff person isn’t complying with their assignments other than reporting whether or not the assignment was completed. (That is, the note-taker reports, but doesn’t intervene, and isn’t afraid of saying things that might upset someone.) • Manages Beckie’s email. • Follows rules about creating filters. • Uses provided criteria to determine which emails need to be addressed by Beckie immediately, within 24 hours, within a week, or never. • Occasionally responds to emails. • Uses Beckie’s calendar to keep track of her events and availability. • Takes travel time into account. • Manages different event types in Calendly, for example, by creating different availability for virtual and in-person meetings depending on when Beckie will be out of town. • Uses Beckie’s criteria to determine which events take priority over others. • Uses Beckie’s criteria to determine when she wants different types of events/meetings to be scheduled. • Books and manages travel and accommodations. • Keeps track of inventory and orders supplies when needed. • Completes other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. • Strong internet connection. • Computer and smartphone. • Experience (or ability to become proficient within a week) with Google Docs/Drive/Calendar, Zoom, Calendly, our VOIP system, our intra-office chat system, and our Case Management System. • Excellent phone, email, text, and instant messaging communication skills. • Minimum B1 level in English. • Ability to work under pressure. • Desire to learn how to anticipate what Beckie wants. Compensation: $7 - $7.50 hourly
