• A successful track record of selling freight services. The selling results can be based on either inside or outside selling efforts.
• Working experience with the Less than Truckload, Truckload, and general freight markets.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen desire to over-achieve in a high energy environment.
• A customer-oriented mindset relative to service and follow up.
• Ability to contribute to a team approach.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
