RallyWork's mission is to help fast-growing startups grow. We specialize in three distinct areas: talent team buildout, hands-on recruiting, and talent team operations and strategy. We work directly with founders, executives, and leaders to develop the best strategies landing top hires and build out entire teams.
The role of a recruiting associate at RallyWorks is to support hiring and provide coverage needs with the goal of having a positive impact in areas including candidate identification, outreach, lead generation, market research, interviewing, and other ad-hoc requests. You will help to develop strategies to find talent across multiple domains and skill-sets for our broader talent needs across the client portfolios.
We're passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and that starts with the first touchpoint a candidate has with us/you.
