We work directly with founders, executives, and leaders to develop the best strategies landing top hires and build out entire teams.

    The role of a recruiting associate at RallyWorks is to support hiring and provide coverage needs with the goal of having a positive impact in areas including candidate identification, outreach, lead generation, market research, interviewing, and other ad-hoc requests. You will help to develop strategies to find talent across multiple domains and skill-sets for our broader talent needs across the client portfolios.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with clients (hiring managers, executives, HR, or recruiters) to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
    • Work with internal stakeholders to help to define, design and implement search strategies for a variety of roles including understanding and mapping the talent landscape
    • Strategize and manage different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
    • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through alternative search techniques
    • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and schedule interviews as needed
    • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements while providing an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
    • Regularly track pipeline activity using the tools provided and share regular updates
    • Work in ambiguous situations while embracing change
    • Move quickly and efficiently among competing roles and priorities
    • Proactively work with your manager to take on additional responsibilities

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Growth mindset - You want to go from great to exceptional
    • 1+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience
    • Experience researching, building sourcing strategies and approaching passive candidates
    • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
    • Move into a variety of recruiting projects and quickly grasp process, practices, concepts and talent needs in order to make an immediate impact
    • Experience working in a team-based environment
    • Exposure to recruiting tools including but not limited to: LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, etc), outreach tools (Gem, TopFunnel), and etc.
