Straight Line Construction is a family owned and operated company specializing in Foundation Repair Solutions for both Residential and Commercial customers. We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the SEO Specialist full-time position in our Centennial, CO office. The position is in-person, Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM with limited travel.

We are hiring a talented "in-house" SEO Specialist to join our family (remote applicants will not be considered). Time will be spent researching and analyzing of both our website ranking along with the competition, writing and updating content for our site and social media platforms and maintaining website links for maximum optimization.

Earn an annual salary starting between $60,500 - $65,000 /yearly with opportunity for a Lead position and pay increase. Pay is distributed weekly via direct deposit.

Minimum Requirements:

Work directly from our Centennial CO location (position is not remote)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Excellent Communication skills.

Highly proficient computer skills, specifically MS365 Products (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Ability to create/write and post online content.

Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities for SEO Specialist

Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's organic rankings.

Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.

Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.

Monitor analytics to measure SEO strategy performance.

Efficiently communicate with other SLC departments to align goals.

Write compelling and high-quality content, including blog posts and page descriptions.

Update content and website links for maximum optimization.

Qualifications for SEO Specialist

Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.

Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.

Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.).

Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.

Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.

Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.

Experience in Construction including Foundation Repair, is a plus.
