We are currently accepting applications for housekeeping supervisors. Bilingual is a PLUS! Must have experience in hospitality housekeeping supervisory and room inspections. We are a 222 room full service hotel. We offer benefits after 90 days, vacation after 1 year of full time service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervises or assists Director/Executive Housekeeper in directing the work activities of housekeeping staff•Provides training, including safety training, to all housekeeping personnel or as directed by management•Ensures adherence to company quality standards by inspecting rooms •Distributes keys and work assignments to staff•Addresses guest complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment•Completes inventory of supplies and equipment as directed •Ensures adherence to company quality standards by inspecting rooms including deep cleans•Assists Director/Executive Housekeeper in the selection of Housekeeping personnel•Reports any maintenance repairs to maintenance staff; records repair information in maintenance log•Completes follow-up on vacant or occupied rooms•Assumes functions of Housekeeper as necessary
