Revenue/Sales Coordinator
Ramada Plaza Hotel & Conference Center is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Revenue/Sales Coordinator. Health, Vision, Dental, AFLAC benefits available after 90 days. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Follow up on scheduled functions for:
Rooming lists returned
Group blocking daily
Rooming lists entered in computer
Participate in group welcome/orientation
Process group resumes
Complete group checklist
Process contract revisions and cancellations
Update Sales Managers on group status
Complete Monthly competition surveys
Assign rooms for groups on a monthly basis
Assist Sales Managers with following market segments:
D.I.A groups
SMERFE Business
Corporate Business
Any special packages
Coordinate group arrivals with Front Office.
Telemarket existing accounts if needed.
Meet groups if Sales Manager is unable to do so
Prepare coupons for group arrivals.
Log group bookings into property management systems as needed
Handle group bookings in absence of Sales Manager
Track group room nights for End of Month reports
Assist the Sales Director, Sales Managers with any special projects whenever required
Conduct property tours when necessary
Assist in checking group/contract inventories between sales/reservations
Complete weekly forcastings
Tracking and inputting room rates
