Job Summary

For 8 weeks this summer, we are looking for an energetic and experienced person to join our team! You will be instructing and providing direction to children so that they can develop the skills, behaviors, and attitudes to become successful in archery.

You have a background in sports and are passionate about helping children reach their potential. You are able to provide effective group and individual instruction to create exceptional experiences to help children grow.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct lessons

Provide training direction, encouragement, and motivation

Adjust teaching techniques based on individuals

Instruct individuals or groups in rules, strategies, and performance principles

Build an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes

Qualifications:

Successful coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred

Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills

Background in sports (athletics, fitness, physical education, etc.)
