About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hands-on Ramp Attendant to support aviation

operations at a private hangar facility in Henderson, NV.

This is a full-time, on-site position within an active aviation environment. The ideal candidate is

comfortable working around aircraft, maintaining high presentation standards, and supporting day-

to-day hangar readiness. This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership

of their work, understands safety protocols, and takes pride in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft cleaning and presentation detailing.

• Maintain hangar cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

• Assist with aircraft cabin items and rotating furnishings.

• Support inventory management of supplies and operational materials.

• Coordinate and receive deliveries.

• Assist with ramp movements and ground coordination as needed.

• Support basic hangar equipment upkeep.

• Ensure compliance with safety, AVSEC, and operational procedures.

• Maintain readiness standards at all times.

Qualifications

o 1-2+ years of ramp or aviation operations experience. AVSEC or other ramp

safety/security training is preferred. If the right candidate does not currently hold these

certifications, the Company is willing to sponsor required training and certifications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Familiarity with ramp safety procedures and aviation environments.

• Experience with aircraft towing or ground operations is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and checklist discipline.

• Strong vendor and contractor coordination experience.

• Understands the importance of presentation and confidentiality.

• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible schedule; able to adapt to operational needs.

• Discreet, dependable, flexible, and willing to support occasional evenings/weekends as aviation

needs require.

• Comfortable working in a confidential environment with limited disclosure; NDA required.

• Works well as part of a small, high-performing team.

• Takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
