    LVT is building their Product Executive team and is looking for a visionary and seasoned Head of Product with experience in hardware products who will be pivotal in steering the direction of the product suite, formulating product strategy, and ensuring its successful execution. This role involves extensive collaboration with various departments, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to guarantee the timely and superior quality delivery of products that align with customer demands and propel LVT's business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Craft and convey a lucid product vision and strategy that is in line with LVT's objectives. Establish and consistently refine the product roadmap in accordance with market research, customer feedback, and overarching business goals.
    2. Profit & Loss (P&L) Oversight: Assume responsibility for the product line's financial performance, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability. Analyze P&L statements to make informed strategic decisions and drive business growth.
    3. Product Development and Execution: Pilot cross-functional product teams throughout the complete product lifecycle, from the conceptualization phase to post-launch assessment. Establish a tight-knit collaboration with engineering, design, and other crucial stakeholders to guarantee the on-time and exceptional delivery of top-tier products.
    4. Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Undertake market studies, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to pinpoint market opportunities and prevailing trends. Harness customer feedback and data to refine products and inform pivotal decisions.
    5. Product Planning and Prioritization: Identify and rank product features and prerequisites based on user demands, business significance, and technical viability. Collaborate intensively with engineering and design units to harmonize varying priorities and ensure streamlined execution.
    6. Stakeholder Management: Forge strong ties with internal stakeholders, encompassing sales, marketing, customer support, and top-tier leadership, to solicit feedback, align on product strategies, and fortify cross-departmental cooperation.
    7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Set and monitor key product metrics and evaluation criteria. Utilize data analytics to assess product performance, spot enhancement areas, and foster data-centric decision-making.
    8. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Offer direction and mentorship to budding product managers and interdisciplinary team members. Cultivate an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product management division.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related professional experience. A Masters in Business (MBA) is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years in product management, boasting a solid history of successfully introducing hardware products to the market.
    • Experience with hardware, manufacturing, power management/design is critical, ideally in both product management and hands on design/engineering functions.
    • Experience in leading hardware design and long term vision through multiple product iterations and versions.
    • Profound strategic insight and business sense, coupled with the prowess to transform market observations into actionable product tactics.
    • Stellar leadership and communication abilities, with the flair to motivate and guide interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies in product development processes.
    • Acute analytical skills, enabling informed decision-making in a constantly evolving setting.
    • Deep-seated understanding of user-centric design values and a history of close collaboration with design and UX factions.
    • Proficiency with product management tools and platforms.
    • A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and crafting unparalleled user experiences.
