    We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative for our client's team in San Francisco, California.

    The Opportunity:

    As a Senior Sales Representative, you will manage and oversee all on/off-premise and regional activities through distributor/broker organization and promotional agencies with an emphasis on securing commitments to company goals and initiatives. You will ensure that the distributor/broker sales team’s efforts are focused on appropriate accounts, territories, and channels to achieve long-term objectives. You will accurately report market conditions, competitive activity, distributor/broker changes to regional management

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Works with Distributor/broker management to pre-plan all activity in the market, including volume planning, spending initiatives, and KPI objectives. Securing Distributor/broker management commitment to our off/on-premise goals and initiatives.
    • Motivates and develops Distributor/broker sales team to achieve our on-premise volume targets and sell-through objectives (POS, merchandising, drink promotion, back bar placement, drink lists, distribution, and brand promotion) in the market.
    • Maintains and analyzes market performance to ensure on/off-premise goals are achieved. Routinely analyzes Distributor/broker execution performance as well as gauges competitive activity in the market. Assist Regional Manager in business reviews with distributors/brokers to ensure our goals are achieved.
    • Monitors all in-market spending/ monies are effectively spent, maximizing value creation. Manages budgets to ensure spending stays within assigned budgets.
    • Reports on market results, as well as changing market activity on a routine basis. Provides recommendations on market actions needed to ensure our plan achievement in the market.
    • Develops relationships with key members of the on/off-premise trade to develop brands in the market.
    • Provides education/training to distributor/broker sales organizations) and to key, influential members of the trade (bartenders, wait staff, etc.).
    • Weekly distributor work with’s throughout the territory on/off-premise
    • Assists in the management of agency personnel to ensure flawless execution of our programming and brands.
    • Develop and maintain relationships both on and off-premise with key accounts
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience within liquor sales
    • Sales experience in a consumer product-selling B2B sales environment
    • Experience managing the full sales cycle
    • Excellent presentation and poise
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a minimal amount of supervision
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize accordingly
    • Friendly and honest with an unparalleled level of customer commitment
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills
    • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite

    Compensation:

    • 145k base
    • 30% bonus
