We're hiring a Sales Representative for our client's ENT medical device team as a full-time employee in San Jose, CA.

Job Description:

As an ENT Sales Representative, your main task will be to strategically promote and sell ENT products to meet customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our client's products. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal.

Your primary call points as a Sales Representative include the Operating Room and physician offices. You will also be expected to attend company workshops, training centers, and do competitive analysis to acquire product and industry knowledge.

Sales Representative Territory and Compensation:

• San Jose and South SF Bay Area
• Year 1 OTE: $80k with 55k base
• Uncapped earning potential

Sales Representative Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors of Science preferred
• 1-2+ years selling in a medical device, capital equipment, or B2B environment
• Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Display a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
• Up to 50% travel
