We are hiring an articulate and driven Full Stack Java Developer for our client's Software Development team as a full-time employee in Austin, Texas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will collaborate with a team of hardworking Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to understand user needs and requirements. You will use this information to build and improve upon a variety of client-facing applications and solutions. Your knowledge and expertise in application development will be important to identify defects and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.

In this Full Stack Java Developer role, you will also be expected to help with code quality through writing unit tests, automation, performing peer code reviews and work with the team to debug system issues, ensure successful deliveries, and make regular improvements. You will also need to write well-designed, appropriately documented, testable, efficient code.

FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science preferred, degree in related field acceptable
• 10+ years of experience in Java and HTML5, Angular, Typescript, and/or Javascript
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, data flow, and schema design
• Expertise using REST services (independent of the application platform)
• Working knowledge of Git
• Earned the respect and trust of other specialists as a strong technical leader and mentor
• Experience working in dynamic environments
