    We are hiring a Manager, US Brands Social Media for our client's team in Irvine, CA.

    About the Company:

    Our client markets a portfolio of leading brands and best-in-class products primarily focused on four key therapeutic areas: medical aesthetics, eye care, central nervous system and gastroenterology. As part of their approach to delivering innovation for better patient care, they have built a broad pharmaceutical and device research and development pipeline.

    The Opportunity:

    This position seeks to create and sustain a positive image for key brands within our client's Medical Aesthetics franchise through earned and paid social media influencer programs. Will provide continuity and consistency across all Influencer engagements. This position will report to the Vice President of US Public Relations and have day-to-day reporting responsibilities to the Director, US Aesthetics Public Relations in Irvine.

    You Will Also:

    • Partner with Aesthetics marketing team to develop social media influencer programs aligned to key brand goals
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to review creative material and provides feedback and manages approvals via the veeva system.
    • Direct selection, vetting, contracting and management of influencer relationship
    • Provide direction to agency teams and ensures successful execution of product communications programs within approved budgets and calendar year
    • Maintain database of all social media influencer relationships, key metrics, interests, etc. for the medical aesthetics organization
    • Closely monitor engagement, return on investment, sentiment and comments on partner posts across platforms along with the brand team leads for each specific aesthetic brand.
    • Attend specific events and activities related to physician influencers when possible

     

    Requirements:

    • Ability to travel, domestically, 35%
