    We're hiring a Sales Representative for aesthetic capital equipment medical devices to join our client's team as a full-time employee in New York City.

    Job Description:

    As an Aesthetic Capital Equipment Sales Representative, your main task will be to identify and generate sales leads both in person and on the phone. This is a high activity role with a lot of cold calling (50-100 per day) and door knocking. Your day will consist of hunting for new business and generating leads. There is no account management and minimal relationship building.

    Your primary call points as an Aesthetic Capital Equipment Sales Representative include dermatology offices, plastic surgery offices, and med spa practices. You will work closely with an associate in the territory who will assist you in meeting or exceeding established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while maintaining accurate records through Salesforce or a similar tool. You will also be expected to attend company workshops, training centers, and do competitive analysis to acquire product and industry knowledge.

    Sales Representative Territory and Compensation:

    • Manhattan, Westchester, North Jersey
    • Year 1 OTE: $250-300k+
    • Uncapped earning potential
    • $1,500/mo expense coverage
    • $500/mo car allowance
    • Competitive health benefits and 401k plans

    Sales Representative Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelors of Science preferred
    • 3+ years of experience selling in an aesthetic medical device or capital equipment environment
    • Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Display a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Up to 50-75% travel
