We are hiring an iOS Developer who has extensive experience working in Swift, Objective C, and with Software Development Kits (SDKs) to join our client's Mobile Application Development team in New York City.

The Role:

As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and deployment of a client-facing iOS application.

About the Company:

Our client is an on-demand beauty provider delivering a full suite of makeup and nails services. Their clients include busy professionals, working moms, social weekenders, and celebrities.

You Will:

• Design and implementation of complex, customer-facing applications in an agile team environment
• Provide development estimates and deliver on schedule
• Utilize the fundamentals of object-oriented and protocol-oriented programming, data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving
• Develop clean and reusable code which is easy to maintain and extend
• Debug app and
• assist team members to overcome technical hurdles in the entire technology stack

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of iOS development in Swift and Objective-C
• Prior experience managing a split Objective-C and Swift codebase
• Strong understanding of Swift fundamentals, such as protocols, functional programming, and generics
• CS degree or relevant equivalent
• Ability to use REST and GraphQL APIs
• Proficiency in Apple’s core APIs and SDKs
• Proficiency in both storyboards and programmatic layouts
• Experience with third-party frameworks using Cocoapods
• At least one published app in the iTunes App Store
• Experience with Git/Gitflow
• Experience with Pivotal Tracker or similar
