    We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who has experience building an influencer program for our client's team based in Irvine, California.

    Having a background in aesthetics or consulting is strongly preferred.

    The Opportunity:

    As an Influencer Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be revolve around engagement through social media and content management. You will find success in this role if you are self starter who can take initiative and want to make an impact at a world-class organization.

    Who You Are:

    • A Digital Superstar – You will optimize the user experience and digital platforms for consumers, providers and sales representatives. You will manage state-of-the-art digital projects.
    • An Innovative Creator– You will create requirements, business rules, workflows and digital content where needed.
    • A Collaborator- You will work with various internal customers and partners while getting buy-in from stakeholders. You will support B2B and B2C programs.

    You Will:

    • Be a trusted and valued partner. Support various departments across campaign management, including campaign set up, execution and analysis. Manage paid user acquisition efforts to help facilitate audience growth across the Aesthetics portfolio while minimizing costs across multiple paid channels.
    • Be a media savvy expert. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Marketing Platforms, Programmatic Display and Video & Ad Exchanges.
    • Strategize Effectively. Devise strategies to drive paid online traffic and acquisition to O+O brands through digital media channels (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Outbrain, Taboola and Yahoo Gemini).
    • Gather and analyze data. Track, measure, and analyze performance of multiple digital advertising campaigns. Create performance reports, campaign insights, recommendations and rationale for optimization strategies. Measure and report on Department KPI’s and quality measurements to ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding goals while increasing ROI and revenue.
    • Mange projects. Manage processes for producing media/creative assets/content and coordinating necessary resources to implement.
    • Drive campaigns. Set-up and execute SEM campaigns which include in-depth keyword research, ad set structure, ad copy, landing pages and campaign optimization. Ensure proper integration of all campaign asset including creative, landing pages, ad trafficking, pixel placement and ad tracking.
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively. Work with internal and external ad servers, vendors, clients and internal sales staff on all elements of campaign management.
    • Manage new launches. Provide support with onboarding and launching new client campaigns which includes coordinating with clients, sales team and internal departments for deliverables and information to execute campaigns.

    What you Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing of business discipline.
    • Knowledgeable about CPA focused campaigns.
    • 3-5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
    • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Display and SEM.
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an easy ability to coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external partners
    • Strong written/verbal communication with an ability to articulate digital functionality and concepts into laymen’s terms for inexperienced clients and partners
    • Excellent project management and task tracking skills
    • Strong ability to work independently, be proactive about campaign management, departmental improvement, and market advancement
    • Creative problem-solving skills with a desire to always find a successful solution
    • Graphic design skills are a plus.
