    <p>We are hiring an Associate Director of Consumer Marketing for our client's team in Irvine, CA.</p><p><strong>About the Company:</strong></p><p><strong><em></em></strong>Our client markets a portfolio of leading brands and best-in-class products primarily focused on four key therapeutic areas: medical aesthetics, eye care, central nervous system and gastroenterology. As part of their approach to delivering innovation for better patient care, they have built a broad pharmaceutical and device research and development pipeline.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p>As the Associate Director, Consumer Marketing you will develop, execute and optimize consumer campaigns that drive engagement and conversions through paid media channels and brand-owned channels. Manage both awareness/consideration campaigns (65% of campaigns drive awareness/consideration) and conversion/trial campaigns (35%). Develop new campaigns that convert considerers to trial by connecting them to area providers and driving enrollments into loyalty programs. Work closely with the CRM team to ensure effective CRM strategy in place to convert leads into transacting patients. Work closely with creative, internal and media agencies to optimize SEO/SEM and website performance.</p><p>Develop effective working relationships with Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, CRM team, and professional marketing team to guiding digital, web and social marketing programs</p><p>Attend national sales meetings, participate in advisory board meetings. Communicate digital and social metrics with the sales team.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>You Will Also:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop content for TV, digital, social and web and continually optimize media plan.</li><li>Manage and maintain brand websites, collaborating with Data Labs on SEO/SEM and periodic updates to the websites; coordinate with the internal development team to ensure web updates are planned and deployed in a timely fashion.</li><li>Manage social media platforms including schedule and content; continually measure impact for paid and organic social campaigns and proactively recommend strategies to improve/refine campaigns to achieve broader consumer consideration and drive leads into CRM database.</li><li>Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Compliance counterparts to ensure all creative meet requirements</li><li>Partner with creative and media agency to develop, manage and execute an annual 360-degree communication calendar</li><li>Provide analysis and reports on TV, digital, social campaigns and web performance.</li><li>Manage consumer media budget.</li><li>Manage external partners, including creative agency, media agency and web development team to ensure partners have clear direction to execute timely and within budget.</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in related field</li><li>7-10 years experience executing digital and social campaigns</li><li>Preferred experience in beauty, fashion, travel or CPG marketing – do not need any experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry </li><li>Supervisory experience a plus</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Presentation skills</li><li>Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills</li><li>Ability to develop key strategies and manage an agency team to execute </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong problem resolution skills</li><li>Financial/budgetary experience</li></ul><p>Apply to our Associate Director, Consumer Marketing opportunity here:</p><p>https://jobs.crelate.com/portal/rampup/job/koiu4gp6y395436krmykpmne8a/associate-director-consumer-marketing-irvine-california</p><p>And craft your profile at https://www.rampupinc.com/</p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
