We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Attorney to join us. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from home with the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from our experienced team. Responsibilities: • Represent clients including national/regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon. • Work on various aspects of creditors’ rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases. • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services to our clients. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Currently licensed to practice law in the state of California. • No specific level of experience is required; we will train you. We are looking for a candidate with a strong desire to excel in a busy firm, handling high-quality work and clients in high-visibility West Coast markets. • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
