Job Description The primary responsibility of the event staff is to provide comprehensive support to the event coordinator throughout all stages of an event. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with the complete setup of the event venue, providing excellent client support and service during event operations, and ensuring the thorough and efficient dismantling of event structures and equipment following event completion. Responsibilities
Set up event venue according to event floorplan
Assist vendors with setting up displays
Assist clients with preparation for the event
Keep all areas of the venue clean and organized throughout the event
Ensure guests' safety during events
Collaborate with the event coordinator to maintain the event schedule
Take down event venue post-event
Ensure all trash is removed and areas are kept clean.
Physical Requirements
Able to Lift 50lbs
Able to team lift up to 100lbs
Able to sit, stand and kneel frequently
