We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team! This position will cover the Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga centers.

JOB SUMMARY: The Front Office Assistant duties may include but are not limited to, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling of patients, verifying insurance, chart preparation, collecting of co-pays and co-insurance under the general or direct supervision of the Director or the Front Office Manager. EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Interest in physical therapy or related medical field.
• Professional appearance, good hygiene.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to follow directions and use sound judgment in performing job related functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a respectful delivery.
• Able to organize time and set priorities appropriately, demonstrating flexibility.
• Ability to establish rapport and work harmoniously with patients, families, professionals, co-workers and the public.
• Ability to uphold decisions of supervising therapists and take direction from supervisory personnel.
• Ability to assume responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Ability to maintain, clean, lift and move equipment demonstrating good body mechanics and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate integrity and discretion in all job-related matters.
• An attitude of excellence in providing quality patient care.
