We are Sacramento’s premier immigration law firm. We are growing rapidly, and want you to be part of our success! Our office is looking to expand our immigration practice and need your help to do so. We have two attorney positions open: One Attorney position is a Spanish Speaking Immigration Attorney with minimum of one year of experience. We also have a business immigration attorney position available as well.

You are a Superstar IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY.

First position available - SPANISH SPEAKING IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY.

This position involves extensive legal writing and requires excellent writing skills. Experience in I601A waivers, U Visas, family-based green cards and criminal immigration is a plus.

• Conduct Client Consultations
• Facilitate new client onboarding
• Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters.
• Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants.
• Train paralegals and legal assistants, as needed.
• Represent clients in business immigration-related matters, including but not limited to: H-1B petitions, L-1A/L-1Bs, Employment-Based green card applications (e.g. PERM, I-140)
• Facilitate new client onboarding
• Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters.
• Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants.
• Train paralegals and legal assistants, as needed.
• Prepare and Review business immigration application before submitting with USCIS, DOL or DOS.
• Coordinate and communicate with other attorneys and staff about on-going cases and/or projects.
• Submit business immigration applications with USCIS, DOL, DOS or any other government entity.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the following processes preferred: PERM (EB2 and EB3), H1B, L1A, L1B, EB1, O, P, EB5.
• 3 years minimum criminal experience.
• 3 years minimum I601a experience.
• 2 years minimum experience in business immigration law required.
• Must have excellent English oral and writing communication skills. Secondary language skills are a plus.
• Must be licensed to practice law in any state in the United States.
