Our office is looking to expand our immigration practice and need your help to do so. We have two attorney positions open: One Attorney position is a Spanish Speaking Immigration Attorney with minimum of one year of experience. We also have a business immigration attorney position available as well.

    You are a Superstar IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY.

    First position available - SPANISH SPEAKING IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY.

    This position involves extensive legal writing and requires excellent writing skills. Experience in I601A waivers, U Visas, family-based green cards and criminal immigration is a plus.

    • Conduct Client Consultations
    • Facilitate new client onboarding
    • Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters.
    • Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants.
    • Train paralegals and legal assistants, as needed.
    • Represent clients in business immigration-related matters, including but not limited to: H-1B petitions, L-1A/L-1Bs, Employment-Based green card applications (e.g. PERM, I-140)
    • Facilitate new client onboarding
    • Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters.
    • Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants.
    • Train paralegals and legal assistants, as needed.
    • Prepare and Review business immigration application before submitting with USCIS, DOL or DOS.
    • Coordinate and communicate with other attorneys and staff about on-going cases and/or projects.
    • Submit business immigration applications with USCIS, DOL, DOS or any other government entity.

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the following processes preferred: PERM (EB2 and EB3), H1B, L1A, L1B, EB1, O, P, EB5.
    • 3 years minimum criminal experience.
    • 3 years minimum I601a experience.
    • 2 years minimum experience in business immigration law required.
    • Must have excellent English oral and writing communication skills. Secondary language skills are a plus.
    • Must be licensed to practice law in any state in the United States.
