****We are currently seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Sterling Heights!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

We are growing and are looking for an individual who has the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to prepare, serve, and handle food in accordance with federal and state regulations and the residence policies and procedures. Kitchen Team Members should also maintain clean and sanitized dining service areas and assist in the receiving, rotation, and storage of products.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic cooking skills
• WILLING TO TRAIN
• Desire to work with seniors
• Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity
• Prior experience cooking for large groups is preferred
• Sanitation certificate preferred
• OSHA Standards
• Fire and Safety procedures
• Operation of kitchen appliances
