    THE POSITION: We're looking for a CNA to work at Serenity in East Peoria, IL.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
    • High School Diploma
    • Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate.
    • 1 Year Prior Experience Working in Assisted Living
    • Willing to work a flexible schedule (evenings)
    • Desire to work with seniors
    • Driving record that meets facility's vehicle use policy
    • Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.
    • Prior experience is preferred

    RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of this position is to actively provide hands-on care, document daily resident care, condition, and work directly with the Wellness Nurse to ensure the best possible care. WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
