Our newest family-owned senior living location in Centerville is growing and we are looking for dedicated, driven, compassionate, and reliable Resident Care Associates (caregivers) just like you to join our team! The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt to change and a desire to provide the highest level of service to our residents. In adhering to our high standards of care, we require that our RCAs provide high-quality, holistic care in accordance with caregiving practice standards and health care regulations that govern senior living communities in the state of Ohio.

This position will work every weekend, or every other weekend, with shift hours from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to help our residents live their best lives possible
• Minimum one year of experience in the assisted living or healthcare industry
• You must follow all applicable federal and state laws pertaining to assisted living communities
• Although we strive to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle, you must be willing to work every weekend or every other weekend, as well as some holiday hours

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

• The ability to work an 12-hour shift, every weekend or every other weekend, and some holidays
