  • Responsibilities

    The Receptionist Services Assistant performs clerical and administrative activities in support of the day-to-day operations of the Receptionist Services department.

    Primary Responsibilities:-

    Responsible for answering and monitoring CS voicemail and email systems, providing timely processing of messages to the appropriate individuals. Accurately creates, updates and produces various reports. Maintains client access to TF Facebook page; resets passwords and login information for clients as needed. Responds to emails on behalf of the Company. Executes on-line event roll-taking. Provides prompt and accurate assistance with website / webinar inquiries. Acts as back up for the Receptionist Maintains an acceptable attendance and on-time reporting record. Participates in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees. Handles changing deadlines and priorities. Reviews work for accuracy, completeness and proper authority. Other duties as assigned

    Supervisory Responsibilities:-

    This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

    Works under direction from the Director - Client Services.

    Education and/or Experience

    High School diploma or equivalent; or 1-2 years' relevant experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Strong customer service and creative problem solving expertise Strong communication skills Organization and attention to detail

    Language Skills:-

    Fluent spoken-English language skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write clear and legible memos, compose appropriate business emails.

    Computer Skills:-

    Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM, a plus.
