Pay rate: 20.00 per hr

M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm (OT opportunities available on weekends)

Location: San Diego, CA 92111

THIS POSITION IS 100% ON SITE

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DETAILS:

· Answer inbound calls (Monday busiest day- 300-400 calls on average 3 to 5 staff members per day working 60 to 70 calls per staff)- handle time around 2 min

· Schedule appointments

· Supports Vaccination Clinic -Checking in patients as they come in to receive vaccination and scheduling their 2nd dose
