Are you ready to step into the world of banking operations armed with your exceptional skills? We're on the lookout for a Card Dispute Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have 3+ years of banking operations or branch banking experience, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Card Agreement Maestro: Monitoring and maintaining card agreements like a pro through exception reports, cases, and customer requests.
• Dispute Dynamo: Investigating disputes under $35, processing final credits, and managing the disputes queue to ensure customers get their funds on time.
• Reconciliation Rockstar: Various reconciliations of card-related transactions to keep our financial ship sailing smoothly.
• Rule Keeper: Administering rules and regulations for card dispute processing in all your responsibilities.

What You Bring to the Stage:

• Banking Brilliance: 3+ years of experience in banking operations or branch banking.
• Dispute Guru: Knowledge and experience in DNA and Card Dispute, along with familiarity with Reg E.
• Communication Maestro: Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep everyone on the same beat.
• Organization Wizard: Impeccable organization and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Solid interpersonal skills to rock in a team environment and collaborate across multiple business units.
• Problem-Solving Jedi: Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Multitasking Virtuoso: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and proficiently.
• Guardian of Confidentiality: Proven ability to work with customer information in a confidential and professional manner.
• Tech Savvy: Moderate skill level with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: $24/hr

Location: onsite at Jackson HQ location. Michigan Avenue

Schedule: M-F 8:30 to 5 EST

Assignment: contract to hire
