What you'll be doing:

• Answer inbound calls from patients needing to schedule appointments for doctors’ offices
• Provide caring, empathetic, outstanding customer service to callers
• Handle high volume call queue with each caller requiring high touch service
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up on calls where necessary

What we need:

• High school diploma
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience and/or customer service experience. (Will consider fast food, hospitality, etc.)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and active listening skills
• Able to receive 70-75 calls daily
