Major oral health care company is seeking immediate hires to work remotely.

PAY RATE: $17/hour

SCHEDULE: 8.5 hour shifts between 7:00am - 8:00pm (CST) - Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
• Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
• Provide direction on the usage and benefits of self-service tools
• Assist members with ongoing access to care by locating a network dentist or assignment to a primary care dentist
• Appropriately route inquiries to the necessary departments or individuals when the resolution of the inquiry is beyond the span of control of this role

SKILLS:

• Great communication skills
• Strong technical skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1+ years call center experience
