FLEXIBLE SHIFTS: Between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm

PAY: 18.00 hourly

TRAINING: The training schedule is 8:30-5 pm M-F. Will TRAIN on our retirement plan products and services

LOCATION:  Scottsdale, AZ (MUST LIVE NEAR OR AROUND THE SCOTTSDALE, AZ AREA)

THE RIGHT PERSON IS MOTIVATED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Address changes, beneficiary changes, loans, withdraws from 401K, tax/penalty questions, assisting plan Participants with website account inquiries (unlocking their account, changing passwords, etc.)
• Provides high-quality client service across Institutional Participant Services by responding to participant phone inquiries and providing account and plan information from various information systems
• Provide fund and investment performance information to participants by phone

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Great people skills
• Positive personalities
• Displays professionalism in their tone and mannerism
• Eager to learn

LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ (MUST LIVE NEAR OR AROUND THE SCOTTSDALE, AZ AREA)

DURATION: Temp-Perm

EXPERIENCE: Looking for individuals that are GREAT with people and PROFESSIONAL

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent
