    What you'll be doing:

    • Audit source documents for accuracy
    • Obtain source documents, approvals, etc. for incomplete download requests
    • Audit completed work for accuracy
    • Respond to phone and email inquiries.
    • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
    • Print, mail & post franchise service tickets
    • Identify, scan & validate service tickets daily for invoicing
    • Maintain a centralized filing system for customers: adjustments, deposits and reports

    What you'll have:

    • High School Diploma
    • 1-2 years of related experience
    • Basic Microsoft Excel experience
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Data entry & proficient 10-key skill

    Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm
