THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. YOU WILL BE WORKING ONSITE IN BURBANK, CA

LOCATION: BURBANK, CA 91504

PAY RATE: $20/HR

HOURS: M-F 8A-5P

Description:

• Place outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary
• Identify and resolve customer service issues/requests or transfer to appropriate party advocates
• Respond to member/customer service, information or product (e.g., membership reference materials, duplicate membership cards or stickers, etc.) requests

Basic Qualifications:

·         Minimum high school diploma or general education development (GED) required

·         Minimum one (1) year of experience performing either in a detailed accounting, health care operation, claims or complex multifunction service operations

·         Basic spreadsheet (Excel) and word processing (Word) skills required

·         Good written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
