    The pay rate for this role is $23/HR. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:45 AM-9 PM and 9:30 AM-6 PM on the weekends. Multiple shift options are available.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide superior customer service to incoming callers
    • Identify and resolve issues related to patient care and services
    • Assist in connecting callers with internal departments
    • Identify member health plans
    • Collect, verify and update member demographics
